A world leader in live entertainment, this corporation offers a portfolio of venues and produces, presents or hosts a variety of world renown live entertainment and sports experiences, concerts, and family shows.

THE CHALLENGE

Besides utilizing Adobe Analytics to monitor user behavior, the client’s marketing team felt limited and restricted in the ability to personalize and test promotional offers to help increase conversions for their entertainment sites.

Motivated to meet revenue targets with more targeted, actionable marketing to drive sales, the client turned to Salesforce. The corporation chose to implement Salesforce Interaction Studio to convert its entertainment sites into destination sites, with two goals in mind:

  • Increase ticket sales.

  • Provide fans with an enhanced, personalized experience.

THE SOLUTION

After enlisting Maverick to take on and complete the requirements needed for a successful deployment of IS for its sites, the client decided to initially start with the live entertainment site for its popular dance company.

Maverick completed the Interaction Studio implementation, and configured the dance site, including implementing two use cases, such as an pop-up offer upon exiting the site and personalized website banners based on user activity — to test and help increase conversions. In addition, Maverick’s Salesforce Interaction Studio Accredited Professionals provided training to ensure a successful handoff.
