THE CHALLENGE

When the first phase of COVID-19 vaccinations rolled out, the health system began prioritizing an infrastructure prepared for growing patient demand. Since verifying vaccine eligibility can present a major bottleneck in the vaccination process, pre-registration became a crucial component. However, their current system was not yet a seamless end-to-end automated process.

Needing to move quickly and not lose valuable time, the health system turned to Maverick Digital to create efficiencies, and build and optimize a seamless, automated pre-registration system to pre-qualify and register patients.
