Identiti Unifies Systems with Salesforce, Achieves Greater Visibility & Efficiency


Identiti offers full-service custom signage and other branded environments to help businesses generate customers, increase brand recognition and rebrand. The company was utilizing four disparate systems to execute their business — none which were integrated. This negatively impacted the business, resulting in lost productivity from manual processes, lack of access to information, complexity, and redundancies in and out of systems.

CEO of Identiti, Michael Sicher, knew the company needed to achieve greater efficiency and visibility into the business. He decided on Salesforce. “We already had Salesforce CRM. We knew by integrating different Salesforce clouds and applications, we could shift our entire business on one system — and scale and customize those to our needs.”

Initially, the company began work on the implementation with another Salesforce Consulting Partner. According to COO of Identiti, Vince Williamson, “We received a quote with a ‘do not exceed’ level. Within a month into the project, they had doubled their cost to us. We had to walk away at a point where we were only getting started — and nowhere close to completing the implementation.” Frustrated, Identiti began searching for a new Salesforce Consulting Partner.

The company contacted Salesforce and were referred to four other Salesforce Consulting Partners, one of which was Maverick Digital. The choice was clear. “After meeting with all four partners, it was apparent to us that Maverick would be the most responsive, have the fairest price and the right level of resources we needed for this implementation. Plus, Maverick’s Consulting as a Service (CaaS) model provided a fixed cost and the type of service we needed to see us through. That solidified our decision to move forward,” said Williamson.


Maverick worked with Identiti to implement and configure Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Salesforce FSL (Field Service Lightning) and Salesforce AppExchange products, TaskRay and Accounting Seed, to align with Identiti’s business needs. The implementation also included creation of templates and reports for each platform and application, as well as virtual training to ensure a seamless handoff. Identiti chose Maverick’s unique CaaS billing model, to receive a fixed cost, as well as implementation services (including maintenance and upgrades) over the span of three years.

“The implementation was seamless,” said Williamson. “We were able to implement the system, combining those four systems into one, without any interruption into our customer base. The Maverick team’s system knowledge and ability to run projects has been outstanding.” He added, “What stood out to me was the communication — follow up was great, willingness to meet without much notice was great, and we were able to train virtually due to the pandemic. It was enlightening to see the collaboration that went on between our teams.”

Additionally, the team at Identiti were relieved to know that they would not undergo the same implementation experience. “It was important to us as we were going through the project, that we were not going to make further changes, and to finish within budget. That was apparent. There were no additional costs to us. What was quoted to us, was the price — so we were very happy,” said Williamson.
